LAJH will be holding a Girls Flag Football Camp starting July 29th and ending on the 30th. The camp will run from 8-12pm and is open to all incoming 7th graders and rising 8th graders. What will be I doing at camp? Each day will start with a one to two hour skills training, followed by live scrimmages. Girls will be taught basic catching skills, how to run proper pass routes, offensive positions, responsibilities of each position, how to line up and run plays, proper flag pulling, defensive positions, defensive strategies, zone coverage, and teamwork. The live scrimmages will incorporate what they learned earlier.
