LAJH FLAG FOOTBALL TRYOUT INFORMATION Tryouts: 1. Tryout times will be 4-6 pm each day. We will close the gates at 4 pm. 2. Bring cleats (no metal cleats), a bottle filled with water, a mouthpiece, and dress out. No shirts with team names. Clothes need to be within the dress code. You need to bring a shirt with your last name on the shirt and you will need to wear it each day of tryouts. 3. Schedule: 13 - 15 August 2025. *NO PARENTS AT TRYOUTS! Requirements to Tryout/Play: 1. Must be registered on athleticclearance.com 2) Current Physical (Good for season). Players without a completed package on the first day will not be able to try out. 3) Must have a 2.0 GPA during 2nd Semester to be eligible. 4) Go to Lake Asbury website, select athletics to get the needed information. Physical forms are in the forms tab. The link to register is on athleticclearance.com in the links tab. Both must be done to tryout. Return final clearance page to Coach Black or Coach Dicks. 5) Bring physical form and clearance sheet with you on the first day of tryouts, if you are having problems uploading 6) Watch mandatory videos from home by going to NFHS (instructions attached). If done at home, you must turn in the printed certificate. OR If you do not have an account, “Register” for an account. Step 3: Click “Courses” at the top of the page. Step 4: Scroll down to the specific course from the list of courses. Step 5: Click “View Course”. Step 6: Click “Order Course.” Step 7: Select “Myself” if the course will be completed by you. Step 8: Click “Continue” and follow the on-screen prompts to finish the checkout process. (Note: There is no fee for these courses.) • Beginning a Course Step 1: Go to Click Here' target='_blank'>Click Here/ Step 2: “Sign In” to your account using the e-mail address and password you provided at time of registering for an NFHS learn account.
